Novativ AI Academy is a brand of Novativ Technology Solutions. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
When you register for an event or course
Your name, email address, and, if you choose to give it, your mobile number. We may also ask a small number of questions about your business, such as whether you are building for your own company or for clients. You choose whether to answer.
When you buy something
Payment is handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the last four digits of the card. We never see or store your full card number.
When you use the site
Standard technical information. IP address, browser type, pages visited, and how you arrived. This is ordinary web analytics and is not used to identify you personally.
When we email you
We can see whether a message was opened and whether links in it were clicked. This is how we know whether our emails are reaching people. You can stop this by disabling images in your email client or by unsubscribing.
Why we collect it
To deliver what you signed up for, including event links, session materials, reminders, and course access. To answer you when you get in touch. To send you information about our programs, which you can stop at any time. To meet our tax and accounting obligations. And to understand what is working on our site so we can improve it.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or provide it to advertisers.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers who handle data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy obligations. These providers cover our website and hosting, our forms and customer records, our business email and email delivery, and our payment processing.
These providers may process your information outside your country of residence. A current list of our service providers is available on request by emailing connect@novativaiacademy.com.
How long we keep it
For as long as you remain a subscriber or customer, and afterwards for as long as we are required to for tax and legal purposes. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except where we are legally required to retain it. Transaction records are the usual example.
What you can ask us to do
Ask what we hold about you. Ask us to correct it. Ask us to delete it. Ask us to stop emailing you, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Object to how we are using it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. We honor those rights regardless of where you are.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed at anyone under sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be communicated by email to anyone on our list.
