Redesign a real process, then build the automation that runs it.

A process moves because somebody keeps moving it. This is the day that stops. You take one recurring process from your own work, map how it genuinely runs, and remove the steps that no longer earn their place.

Then you build. A guided starter automation before lunch so the environment is familiar, and two hours in the afternoon on your own redesigned process, with the instructor circulating throughout.

It is tested against twenty real cases and running before you leave. No coding, and free tool accounts are enough.

What to expect

Before
Pre-work arrives two weeks ahead. About thirty minutes, and it is why the room starts together rather than spending the first hour catching up.
Morning
Short teaching, then building. You work on real tasks you brought, from the first session, not on a sample company.
Afternoon
More building, and the part where things break and get fixed while somebody who knows the answer is still in the room.
After
You leave with what you built, a thirty-day plan in your own words, and a certificate of completion.

Live and virtual. Cameras optional. AI for Everyone Foundations™, AI Fundamentals for Business™, the Claude Accelerator™, and the Microsoft Copilot Accelerator™ are recorded, and the recording is yours for ninety days.

Questions

Is this live or recorded?

Live, on the date shown, with a trainer in the room. Nothing here is a recorded course you work through alone. Foundations, AI Fundamentals, the Claude Accelerator, and the Copilot Accelerator each come with a ninety-day recording afterwards, so you can watch any part again.

What if I cannot make the date?

Each course runs once this fall. Tell us and we will let you know when the next date is set. Adding a second date once the first fills costs us nothing, and cancelling a published date costs credibility, so we publish one and add rather than the reverse.

What is the early bird and when does it close?

A published rate that closes twenty-one days before the course and stays closed. It is not a discount that returns if you ask. Foundations has no early bird this session.

Is the payment plan more expensive?

Yes, by about five percent, and that is stated rather than hidden. A payment plan asks for more money over time rather than less money overall. First payment at enrollment, second thirty days later, and both complete before the course runs.

Do I need to buy anything?

It depends on the course, and the line under each price says so. The two Claude courses need a paid Claude plan. Copilot needs your Microsoft 365 login. Foundations, Fundamentals, and the Workflow & Automation Accelerator need nothing beyond a free account.

Do I need to be technical?

No. There is no code in any course on this page.

Who teaches these?

Merilyn teaches both bootcamps and the Summit herself. Every course on this page is taught live by a trainer selected for their proven teaching expertise and deep knowledge of the subject they teach.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes, a certificate of completion from Novativ AI Academy. It is never described as a professional certification, because it is not one.
