Free events
Our free summits, masterclasses, and webinars cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If you cannot attend, email us and we will move your registration to the next session.
VIP upgrades and paid add-ons
Bought in advance
Refundable in full up to twenty-four hours before the session begins. Email connect@novativaiacademy.com and we will process it.
Bought during the session
Final. You are purchasing immediate access to materials and recordings, and those are delivered as soon as you buy.
One-day workshops
Full refund if you cancel more than seven days before the workshop date. Within seven days, your registration can be transferred once to a future date but is not refundable, because the seat has been held and materials prepared.
Multi-week programs and bootcamps
Full refund if you cancel more than seven days before the start date. Within seven days of the start date, your enrollment is not refundable but can be transferred once to a future cohort.
The reason the window closes before the program begins rather than after is that cohorts are capped and the seat cannot be resold once the group is set. Pre-work, materials, and your place in a cohort of twelve are all committed by that point.
We would rather have that conversation early than late. If you are unsure a program is right for you, tell us before the deadline and we will help you decide honestly, including telling you when the answer is no.
Programs we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel a program, you receive a full refund or a place in the next cohort, whichever you prefer. If we reschedule and the new date does not work for you, you receive a full refund.
Every session runs with a minimum of four participants. We confirm that a session is going ahead ten days before it starts, so you will never be left guessing close to the date.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a purchase, email us first. We have never refused a reasonable request, and a conversation resolves things faster than a dispute does.
How to request one
Email connect@novativaiacademy.com with the name on the order and what you purchased. We respond within two business days and process approved refunds within ten.
