AI for Everyone Foundations™ · One day · Live virtual

Stop feeling behind. Start feeling capable.

Four hours, live, in plain English. No jargon, no coding, and no assumptions about what you already know. You will find out why your AI results have been disappointing, and leave using it with confidence on things that matter in your own week.

Wednesday, September 23 · 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern · $247

Capped at 25. Camera optional. No question here is too basic.

Who this is for

You do not need to see yourself in every line. One is enough.

  • You want AI explained plainly, at a pace that lets you ask anything.
  • You tried it once, were underwhelmed, and quietly stopped.
  • You have never opened an AI tool and would rather someone was there the first time.
  • You want to follow the conversation at work without pretending.
  • You want simple uses that save real time, without buying anything complicated.
  • You want to protect the people you worry about from scams that sound real.
  • You are changing career and want a practical starting point.
  • You want to use AI for learning without letting it do the thinking.

And who it is not for

  • You already use AI daily at work. Take AI Fundamentals for Business & Workforce Transformation™ instead.
  • You want to build automations, agents, or anything technical. Those are later courses.
  • You need workplace AI policy or governance training for a team.
  • You want a certification for a job application. This is a certificate of completion, and we are honest about the difference.

The promise

In four hours you will learn why your AI results have been disappointing and how to fix that, discover what these tools can genuinely do beyond a chat window, learn what should never be typed into one, recognize the scams and fake content AI has made easier, and leave with a written plan and a practice block already in your calendar.

What you will be able to do

By two o’clock, all of these.

  • Explain in your own words what AI is and what it is not.
  • Say why AI gets things confidently wrong, and notice when it has.
  • Rewrite a weak prompt into one that works, using a five-step card.
  • Name five everyday tasks in your own life where AI genuinely helps.
  • Use AI on a document, an image, and a decision, not just a question.
  • Choose which tool suits which kind of question.
  • Say what should never be typed into an AI tool.
  • Recognize a cloned voice, a manipulated image, and an AI-written scam.
  • Verify an answer, a photo, or a message before acting on it.
  • Follow a thirty-day plan with a practice block already in your calendar.

Where you will actually use it

Chosen because they are things you already do, rather than things you would have to change your life to try.

Writing and communication

Difficult emails, letters, complaints, thank-you notes, invitations, condolence messages.

Understanding something hard

A diagnosis, a contract, a policy, or a bill, explained in language you would actually use.

Documents and photographs

Ask questions of a long document. Explain a photograph, read a label, check a form.

Planning and organizing

Trips, events, meals, packing lists, and the questions you keep meaning to look up.

Work and job search

Resume wording, cover letters, interview preparation, understanding a job posting.

Protecting yourself

Checking whether a message is a scam, verifying a claim, recognizing a manipulated image.

The part people tell us mattered most

Protecting yourself, and the people you worry about

Forty-five minutes on the thing almost no beginner AI course teaches. Not a list of warnings. A cloned voice played in the room, a family code word agreed before you leave, and the judgment to check something before you act on it.

  • What should never be typed into an AI tool, and why.
  • What a cloned voice sounds like, played in the room rather than described.
  • The family code word, agreed and written down before you leave.
  • Manipulated images and video, and why looking is no longer enough on its own.
  • Why the old advice about spotting scams by their spelling no longer works.
  • How to check a claim, a photograph, or a message before you act on it.
  • How to talk to a parent, a child, or a friend about all of this without frightening them.

This is the part people repeat to their family the same evening.

Your day

Four hours, ten to two, one break. All times Eastern.

10:00
From Frustrated to Fascinated
See the gap between what you have been getting and what is available, on a real task from the room, in the first fifteen minutes.
10:35
Stop Guessing, Start Getting Results
The one skill everything else rests on. You leave this hour prompting better than most people who have been at it a year.
11:25
Your AI Superpowers, Unlocked
Most people think AI is a chat window. This is the part of the day that surprises them.
12:15

Thirty minutes
12:45
From Worried to Protected
The forty-five minutes people tell us mattered most, and the part no free webinar delivers.
1:30
From One Good Day to Thirty
Your plan, written by you, with the weekly practice block put into your own calendar before you leave.

What you take with you

Six things. Four you make during the day. Two are handed to you, because a reference card is more useful given to you than written by somebody learning.

Your starting point

Where you began and what you wanted, written down before the day starts.

The plain-language cheat sheet

Every term you will hear, defined the way a person would actually say it.

Your prompt card, and three prompts that work

The five-step card, plus three prompts you wrote and tested on your own real tasks.

Five things you will actually use it for

Specific to your life, with the right tool chosen for each one.

Your safety and scam-spotting checklist

What never goes in, how to check an answer, and the family conversation.

Your thirty-day plan

Two uses, one boundary, and a practice block already in your calendar.

Everything is included. The four hours, the six things you take with you, the recording for ninety days, the check-in a month later, and the certificate. There is nothing else to buy, and no paid subscription is required.

  • Learning this alongside a spouse, a friend, or a colleague works considerably better than learning it alone. Two seats for $397.
  • Sponsoring a group of up to 25 costs $2,500. Libraries, senior centers, workforce boards, chambers of commerce, and nonprofits do this regularly.

Full refund up to seven days before the session. Inside seven days we will move you to a future date. This session runs at the flat rate, with no early bird.

Questions

Is this too basic if I have used ChatGPT a few times?

Almost certainly not, and it is the question we get most. Most casual users have never learned prompt structure, never checked an answer properly, and have never seen what these tools do beyond a chat window. The day opens by showing you that gap on a real task. If you use AI daily for work, take AI Fundamentals for Business instead.

Do I need any experience?

None at all. The room is always a mix, and the opening works for both ends of it.

Do I need to buy anything?

No. A free AI account is enough, and we send simple setup instructions ahead of the day.

Do I have to turn my camera on, or speak?

No to both. Camera optional, always, and nobody is called on.

What if I get stuck during the class?

Say so, in chat or out loud. That is what the day is for, and somebody is watching chat the whole time.

Is the session recorded?

Yes. The full session is yours for ninety days, so you can watch any part again at your own pace.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes, a certificate of completion. It is not a professional certification, and we would rather say so than let you assume otherwise.

What should I take next?

Possibly nothing. If you want workplace-focused training, AI Fundamentals for Business & Workforce Transformation™ is the natural next step, but plenty of people take this course and simply get on with using it.

What if I need to cancel?

Full refund up to seven days before. Inside seven days we will move you to a future date.

Wednesday, September 23 · 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern

You are not behind. Nobody explained it, that is all.

Four hours, in plain language, with somebody patient in the room. Bring the question you have been too embarrassed to ask. Half the room is wondering the same thing.
